As an artist, all we need is a corner. A little place that belongs to us, where we can be free and come alive. Artist Corner was established to help emerging artists get funding for their lives and projects, but most importantly, to share their points of view.

Artist Corner highlights work from dance, sculpture, painting, sketching, photography, poetry, original songs including production, and interior design. The goal is to help as many artists as possible gain exposure, confidence, funding for their projects and livelihood, connections, and placements in their respective fields.

ENTRY FEE IS $50 US Dollars. This fee is to paid at the time of submission via Zelle. Details are in the submission form.
Please submit all work to the Submit Your Work Here Button listed above or to Glamoroushippe@gmail.com with the subject line "Artist Corner".
You may submit up to 2 works to be considered for the award. Please submit all works in 1 entry (via email) to avoid multiple entry fees. All submissions via email or this site must Zelle entry fee to be considered. If you are the winner, your prize money will be Zelled to you. Zelle has been selected as an easy option for artists and to help avoid additional fees that most submission portals charge artists.
All submissions will receive a notice via the email provided at time of submission, to confirm that we have received your work. Any and all updates including notification of winning work will be sent to email provided during submission. You are always free to email Glamoroushippe@gmail.com to inquire about your work or anything featured on Artist Corner.
This award is open to all US residents in the art mediums listed on Artist corner for the Seed 2024 Award. There are no age limits and even if you have won awards for your work, or been published before, you may still enter.
You may submit your work via PDF, PowerPoint, PNG, JPEG, any High Resolutions, Vectors, video, AND audio for poetry, for the Fall 2024 Seed Award for Poetry, Art, and Photography. Please do not direct us to a YouTube link or any other social media platform. We will not accept any art that is deemed pornographic, violent, or that discriminates and promotes hate against any group or group of people. If you choose to submit this type of work, you do so knowing that it won't be considered and that your submission fee won't be returned.
By submitting your work you agree that it is your original work and that you have the right to share it. Artist corner will not own your work, we will simply be viewing and sharing it as a means to award monies, exposure, and opportunities. We get countless submissions, therefore we are not able to return what is submitted, so please make sure to only send us copies of your work and make sure you keep the original pieces.
The Fall 2024 Seed Award will be given to a voice that truly moves the judges. We believe that poetry has just as much power as paint and vice versa. The voice that truly shifts our soul and elevates us, is who will be awarded the prize. Once the submission period ends, we will review all entries. The winner will be notified via email. Once notified the winner will need to respond by the date given in the winner email announcement. If the winner doesn't respond by the given time, the award will be given to another great artist, (there are no exceptions on this). Once the winner has been notified and responded to the announcement, the winner will be interviewed and prepared for the public to learn about the exciting news. Once the winner responds to the winner email , The cash prize will be sent to them. Please make sure to check your email. As said before, we get countless submissions, so we may not be able to send an email to each artist to tell them if they did not win the prize.
